Patient Kate Mackenbrock, a self-professed DIVA herself and a black belt in shopping, had no idea she was infor the “ride of her life” when she volunteered to participate. Once Chen and Scott Deis, Regional Vice President of NOVA, began their make-over magic Kate, her daughter Megan and boyfriend Brandon couldn’t believe their eyes. “This is truly amazing. I had no idea this was going to be so powerful,” said Megan with tears welling in her eyes.
